Job Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the management of video related R&D projects
2. Develop implementation plans for various research and development projects
3. Responsible for end-to-end management of R&D project promotion, risk identification and control, quality control, communication and coordination, resource integration and other content management
4. Drive development team resources, ensure product version development and market customization project delivery

Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of development and design work experience
2. Familiar with grassroots R&D work, strong requirement analysis ability, able to correctly understand, analyze, and decompose business requirements;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive in work, strong execution ability, good teamwork and communication skills;
4. Candidates with experience in machine vision cameras or security cameras are preferred
