Job description:
1. Responsible for on-site deployment, testing, maintenance and other after-sales support work of company personnel's products
2. Responsible for technical communication with customers and on-site product demonstrations, as well as point-to-point product responses, to complete on-site product demonstrations
3. Responsible for maintaining, updating, and providing technical support manuals and system deployment documents for the product
4. Responsible for coordinating production and shipping with the company's product assembly and OEM factory import
5. Analyze product issues and propose solutions, cooperate with R&D to handle after-sales matters

Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in nuclear engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation, computer science, automation, or communication related fields, with over 3 years of experience in after-sales delivery in the security industry
2. Possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as a sense of teamwork, and be able to communicate with personnel at all levels; Can effectively coordinate various resources
3. Good customer service orientation and ability to accept high frequency of short distance travel.
